1. Introduction
Welcome to Ganapathy Dryers. By engaging our services for industrial garment washing, tumble drying, and finishing, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Ganapathy Dryers ("Service Provider") and the client ("Customer") for all bulk garment processing orders.
Acceptance of Terms
Placement of a job order or delivery of goods to our facility constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Scope of Services
We specialize in industrial-grade textile processing. Our services include:
- Washing: Wet processing including bio-wash, silicon wash, enzyme wash, stone wash, and other chemical treatments.
- Tumble Dryer: Industrial drying services to achieve desired moisture content and fabric feel.
- Finishing: Final touches to enhance the texture and appearance of the garments.
Note: Our services are exclusively for bulk garment processing. We do not cater to retail or individual domestic laundry requirements.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: Customers must provide precise details regarding fabric composition, blend percentages, and specific care instructions prior to processing.
- Quantity Verification: It is the customer's responsibility to verify the exact quantity of garments delivered to our facility. Any discrepancies must be noted at the time of inward entry.
- Pre-Process Inspection: Customers should ensure garments are free from manufacturing defects before sending them for processing.
4. Fabric & Garment Disclaimer
Due to the nature of chemical processing and industrial machinery, the following conditions apply:
- Shrinkage: We are not responsible for natural fabric shrinkage that occurs during washing or drying, unless specific pre-shrunk standards were mutually agreed upon and are technically feasible for the fabric type.
- Color Bleeding: We are not liable for color bleeding, fading, or cross-staining caused by poor quality dyeing, unstable pigments, or mix-ups in the customer's raw materials.
- Pre-existing Damage: We accept no liability for holes, tears, or fabric weaknesses that were present prior to processing but became visible only after washing or tumbling.
5. Processing & Quality Limitation
- Industrial Constraints: While we strive for consistency, slight variations in shade, hand-feel, or texture may occur between different batches due to the inherent nature of industrial wet processing.
- Manufacturer Defects: Our liability does not cover defects originating from weaving errors, knitting faults, or low-quality yarn used in garment construction.
6. Delivery & Delay
We are committed to timely delivery; however:
- Estimated Timelines: Turnaround times provided are estimates and may vary based on workload and process complexity.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by power outages, machinery breakdowns, labor strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
7. Payment & Refund Policy
- Payment Terms: Payments must be made as per the agreed terms (advance or credit basis). Final delivery may be withheld pending full payment settlement.
- No Refunds: Services once rendered are non-refundable. Charges are for the processing service provided, irrespective of the final garment outcome if caused by fabric limitations.
8. Rewash / Reprocessing Policy
If you are unsatisfied with the processing quality:
- Notification: Any claims regarding quality must be raised immediately upon delivery.
- Reprocessing: Rewashing or reprocessing is subject to technical feasibility. We reserve the right to decline reprocessing if it poses a risk of damaging the fabric further.
- Time Limit: Complaints must be registered within 3 days of goods delivery.
9. Loss & Liability Limitation
- Limited Liability: In the event of loss or damage to garments clearly attributable to our negligence, our maximum liability is strictly limited to the value of the processing charges for the affected pieces only. We do not cover the cost of the garment or fabric.
- Indirect Damages: We are not liable for any consequential losses, including missed shipment deadlines, loss of contracts, or penalties imposed by third parties.
10. Service Refusal & Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service for any assignment that:
- May damage our machinery or equipment.
- Risks contaminating other customers' goods (e.g., fugitive colors).
- Involves hazardous or non-compliant materials.
11. Changes to Terms
Ganapathy Dryers reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tirupur, India.
